| Where I Met My Family: |
|
I was with my two brothers and I thought we were going for a ride. We were but when we got to Sherwood Park another human picked me and I went into her loud truck. I was so confused because my brothers went into other vehicles and went the wrong way. This new human was very gentle to me and by the time I got to her house I knew I was going to have fun with her! And once I got there and saw that furry thing that they called Buddy, I knew that I was going to stay! The strangest thing happened though; when I first moved in, I could see eye to eye with Buddy, but now I tower over him! Did he shrink? |

| My First Day with Them: |
|
On my first day I needed to explore my new place! I couldn't get very far though because there was a big fence seperating the land of linoleum from the land of carpet. But I was just little then, and lot's of new toys to chew. I was introduced to my new best friend, Buddy. He's a cat. He still beats me up, just like the old days. It took awhile for him to warm up to me. For some reason he just stared at me and made funny noises for a week or so. But he is exactly one year older than me, so he already had the best sleeping spots claimed. Out of all the toys I got on that first day only one remains, my hedgehog. But I ripped his arm off and mommy had to sew him. Daddy calls him a war amp because he's survived this long. |

| Cool Tricks I Do: |
|
I haven't learned anything really cool yet. I can sit, and give high fives, and I stretch my paws all the way up to mommy's shoulders to give her hugs. Daddy thinks that I am really agile; especially when I jumped right over him when he was in his lawn chair. I heard Daddy told Mommy that once I learn how to 'stay' I can go to school. He promised me that this kind of school is really fun; I get to run and jump all day. |

Things I like: |
|
My absolute favourite thing in the world is playing catch with my daddy. He's the best thrower, I don't really like mommy's throws! Sometimes when he is at work at and only mommy's home I will still put my toys on daddy's chair hoping that somehow he'll throw it to me. I even try to get Buddy (my feline brother) to throw it but for some reason he never seems interested. I will teach him the ways of catch and he will soon love it too! Besides catch, nothing beats laying on your back and getting a good belly rub. I could do that for hours. Of course I get really excited when Mommy takes me to daycare and I get to run around with all of my friends. But I don't like anybody as much as I like my Buddy! He's the coolest cat. I like to put a big toy in my mouth and bonk him until he chases me around the living room. Mommy and Daddy are always laughing when little Buddy chases me. I don't mind playing the fool if everybody laughs! And if I can't do any of those things, I will just sit at the front window and watch the cars and people and occasionally dogs walk by; and sometimes I'll bark at them so they stay off the lawn. (Really I just like barking and pretend to be a guard dog). |

|
I don't like those streams of water that come out of nowhere. I always seem to get a wet head everytime I start chewing the plants or couches. I don't like when Mommy and Daddy are at work at the same time because then the only thing I can do is sleep. But usually I get to go to day care then. I love daycare, but don't like when the male dogs always come up behind me. I get nervous, so I just sit down when they're near! They'll never get me! |
