A: Your best bet to get some relief is to take make a visit to the vet. Your
vet can prescribe allergy medication, supplements for the skin, and even
test to determine exactly what irritants are affecting your skin.

Q: Thanks! Christine for the help I would never take Lyric back (to the breeder) but I did mention it to his breeder the same day I talked to my vet and she (the breeder) said "Well all yorkies are born with it" Not what I wanted to here but I have another question..(I cant believe two in one day) Lyric was just playing with his kitty sister, he was running from her (just general play) and he slipped on the floor, falling face first with his paw curled under him. If it would be broken would he not be able to place it on the ground at all? Right now he is walking on it and even running, but I cant tell because he is still young and bunny hops when he runs/walks but it seems like he is putting full pressure on it. And he isnt yelping or anything when he is walking on it. I cant take him to his vet because they are closed and the emergency vet you get directed to is an hour away. All the told me to do was monitor it and if he is limping/pain tommorow then bring him to the vet when they open. Is there anything I can do till then? Place a warm towel on it? Ice pack? etc? Thanks Jenn?
