| Where I Met My Family: |
|
When I was 6 months old my owner didnt want me anymore and mom said she would take me. I wasn't in the greatest of shape. I was really skinny and scared. So mom took me in and fed me REALLY good! |

| My First Day with Them: |
|
I quickly got over my being scared of my own shadow and soon was running around in the yard with my human brother and took a great fondness to my human sister who was the same age as me. When mom couldn't find me she usually didn't have to look far. I was close by where ever the baby was. |

| Cool Tricks I Do: |
|
Mom taught me how to sit, stay, and talk using hotdogs....them things are SOOO good!! |

Things I like: |
|
I love going for walks in the park and car rides. But I'm happy just running around in the yard on nice days or curled up on the couch when mom is home. I also like chasing my daughter L.C. around the house. Mom's always yelling at us to slow down or someone is going to get hurt....HEHE....but we don't listen....its fun!! |

I don't like having my ears messed with or being picked up, but then again at almost 75lbs I think Im a little to big to be picked up anyway. I also HATE empty wrapping paper rolls, and the toy guns my human brother has. I get kind of aggitated around those things so mom makes sure he keeps them put up. I also don't like to share my food. But mom says thats ok after what I've been thru in my past....it's just my insecurites or mom calls them 'flash backs' to when I wasn't getting to eat so I think I have to protect my food when the other dogs are around. So mom has made minor adjustments since I came along to feed everybody seperate so there are no altercations....and I must say in 3 and a half years shes done a really good job of it!! I have my food all to myself everyday!! |

Things I like: |
| I love spending time with my family. Within the past 4 years I have gained a great respect for the American Pitbull Terrier breed. I have fostered several stray, abandoned, neglected, in need pitbulls over the course of that time. I have learned it is immposible to learn everything about something you have a passion for. I learn new things everyday. Luke was the 2nd Pitbull that I have owned and he has been around during the course of the temporary ones I've taken care of then found homes for. He has never showed any aggresion towards any of them. He was acctually attacked once by a 'foster' pretty badly but made a full recovery and even that didnt fase him. He is just an all around great dog! I wouldn't trade him for anything. He is just like one of my kids. |

I don’t like: |
| I DON'T like negative people who discriminate against the APBT. The way I see it is if you've never owned one, who are you to judge? People only see what the media portrays them to be. They are not dangerous or only have blood on their minds. It is the irresponsible people that make them what they are. I work at the local animal control and I've seen the good, the bad, and the down right ugly side to the breed.....but then I've seen the people behind the dog and everything makes perfect sense. So like the saying goes....Don't judge a book by its cover! I have 2 children and in no way shape or form would I put them in harms way by having a dog in the house that would attack them or hurt them. So if you have anything negative to say about me because of the breed that my dogs are then go else where. I don't have time for kid games....and those of you who understand where I am coming from I look forward to talking to you about your 'bullies'!............
